Preparing an exhibition film for silent viewing and live playback

Exhibition visitors may see the screen from a distance, pause nearby or watch while a salesperson explains the product. The film should support those different situations.

Make the central message readable without sound

Use clear images and concise captions for information visitors must understand. Narration can add depth, but a noisy venue should not make the main point disappear.

Organise the material into understandable sections so a visitor joining midway can identify the product or subject.

Confirm the actual playback requirements

Check screen proportions, resolution, sound arrangements and looping behaviour with the event team. Test the exported file on the intended setup where possible, including the join from the ending back to the beginning.

Agree how the film supports the sales conversation and what visitors should do next. A visible contact route or relevant follow-up material can connect the screen presentation with a useful discussion.
