Organise the information
Record the names, procedures, dates and instructions the film must communicate. Mark anything awaiting confirmation instead of treating a draft as final.
Plan images that help explain the service. Check permissions and private information in documents, screens and backgrounds, especially when filming real interactions.
Review the deliverables as published
Keep the script, captions, graphics and voice-over aligned when information changes. Each shortened or reformatted edit should preserve the context needed to understand the message.
Record who approved the release version and retain a clear list of files. If a procedure or contact detail changes later, that record makes it easier to identify which published versions need updating.
