Finding corporate-film topics in your customers' questions

A company does not need a vast factory to explain its value on film. Specific work, decisions and customer questions can provide a stronger subject than a list of milestones and awards.

Turn a question into something visible

Collect the questions that recur during sales or project conversations. Choose one that can be answered through a process, demonstration, interview or permitted example.

Identify the information and images needed to support the answer. If a statement cannot be verified or a location cannot be filmed, resolve that gap before building the script around it.

Keep the subject focused

Leave out material that does not help the viewer understand the chosen question. Invite relevant business or technical colleagues to check the facts, while keeping one person responsible for consolidating feedback.

The finished film should give a prospective customer a clearer basis for the next conversation, even when the setting and production approach are relatively simple.
