Corporate film production: brief, shoot, review and delivery

Before discussing cameras or visual style, agree who will watch the film, where it will be used and what they should understand. Those decisions give the production a clear direction.

Prepare information and access

Provide company and product material, approved claims, available footage and filming locations. For projects across Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang, include site access, people and travel in the schedule.

Review the script and shot plan before filming. Identify confidential areas, interview permissions and operations that cannot be interrupted.

Approve the work in stages

Use the rough cut to confirm structure and information. Move into detailed picture, sound, subtitles and finishing once those decisions are settled. Have one person consolidate feedback.

At delivery, check the actual exported versions against the agreed formats, language needs and usage permissions. Clarify which source materials or project files are included, and keep records that will help with later updates.
