Planning a TV commercial from idea to final versions

A commercial turns a product or brand message into a sequence that can be filmed and reviewed. The production plan should explain what the audience will see, why it matters and where the finished versions will appear.

Turn each message into a shot

Connect the central idea with an action, image or piece of approved information. Identify product claims that need evidence and technically difficult scenes that need testing.

Agree responsibilities for the script, performers, locations, filming, post-production and usage permissions. Record the review stages and final deliverables so the creative plan and execution stay aligned.

Check every release version

Horizontal, vertical and shorter edits may need different framing, narration or graphics. Plan those differences early. Before delivery, check product information, captions, sound, brand treatment and technical specifications in each exported file. Approval of the main film does not automatically approve every adaptation.
