Before exploring unusual visuals, identify the details that make the product recognisable: packaging text, logo, silhouette and structure. These need to match approved source material.
Define the parts that cannot change
Provide current product images or samples and identify the correct version. Check the logo, label, controls and distinctive features at a useful viewing size, not only in a small preview.
Use generated imagery where it serves the concept. For shots that require precise product details, consider approved photography, filmed material or a controlled 3D approach within the composite.
Review the moving image
Look for letters changing, edges drifting and features appearing or disappearing as the shot moves. Review the exported version, including crops and overlays, because later processing can introduce new problems.
Agree how corrections will be handled before production begins. The selected method should allow the team to preserve the product facts while developing the surrounding visual idea.
