Interview questions that do not sound like a memorised script
Choose people who have direct experience of the work, then ask them to describe specific tasks and decisions. Concrete answers give the film something more useful than a list of company slogans.

Ask for a moment, an action or a judgement
Instead of asking why a team is professional, ask what happens when equipment is handed over. Who checks it? What would make them stop and investigate? What does a successful handover look like?
Keep each question focused on one subject. Follow up on an interesting detail rather than rushing to the next prepared line. The aim is to understand the person's experience, not to prompt a predetermined compliment.
Connect the answer with something you can film
Note the locations, objects and actions mentioned during preparation. They may provide useful supporting footage, subject to access and permission.
Before recording, confirm the speaker's role, topics they can discuss, confidential information, available filming opportunities and the review process. A clear outline leaves room for natural speech while keeping the information accurate.
