Separate facts, creative choices and production changes
A product claim needs an approved source. A concern about the story needs a specific scene to discuss. Adding a demonstration may require a working sample, another setup or additional post-production. Record these as different decisions, even when they arrive in the same comment.
Turn feedback into a usable change list
For each item, record the scene, current wording, feedback source, agreed change, owner and deadline. Keep unresolved facts clearly marked. If a suggestion is declined, note why so the next meeting does not start the same discussion again.
Imagine a water-filter film that opens with a family meal. Moving an existing product shot earlier and filming a new operating sequence are different solutions. Decide which information the audience needs before choosing either.
At the end, confirm who will update the master script, who will check it and which version moves into production.
